3.1 Direct Message Privacy

Direct messages between users are strictly private and confidential. klinnect does not monitor message content except where legally required.

3.2 Image Deletion Policy

Images sent through the messaging service will be automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days. Text messages may be retained indefinitely unless you exercise your right to data deletion.

3.3 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit through the Platform.

4. Marketplace Terms

4.1 klinnect's Role

klinnect is solely a platform to advertise goods and services. We provide a venue for buyers and sellers to interact, but are not a party to any resulting transaction.

4.2 Buyer and Seller Responsibility

The buyer and seller are fully and solely responsible for all aspects of their transactions, including quality, payment, shipping, and dispute resolution.

4.3 Estimated Price Disclaimer

Any estimated prices provided on the Platform are for reference only and do not constitute an offer to buy or sell. Users must not treat these as a source of truth for negotiations. klinnect takes no responsibility for the accuracy of estimated prices.

4.4 Limitation of Marketplace Liability

klinnect will not be liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from any transaction conducted through the Marketplace.

5. Site Conduct and Enforcement

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts.
• Copying: Illegally duplicating or distributing any content or code of klinnect.net without express written permission.
• Breach of Rules: Violating any of these Terms or policies posted on the Platform.

5.2 Investigation and Action

Any breach of these rules will be thoroughly investigated. klinnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and report activity to law enforcement authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all design, text, graphics, and software code, is the proprietary property of klinnect.net. The Platform may display references to third-party brand names such as Märklin. All intellectual property rights associated with these third-party materials belong exclusively to their respective owners. klinnect does not claim any ownership of Märklin or any other third-party brand.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, klinnect.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.
